By installing or using Focus Grove ("the app"), operated by StephanGames ("we"), you agree to these terms.
The app
Focus Grove is a Chrome extension with a focus-garden game and a site-blocking tool. It is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change.
Your account
You can sign in with Google to save your progress. You are responsible for your Google account. The game's rewards (coins, seeds, produce, plants) have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are decided by our server. Attempting to cheat, tamper with requests or abuse the service may lead to account limits or removal.
Supporter purchase
Supporter is a one-time payment of US$4.99 (or the price shown at checkout) with no subscription. It is sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. It is tied to your account and opens all premium trees, ground styles and themes straight away instead of waiting for them to unlock through play (they still cost in-game coins and seeds), a special tree, ground and theme, a bigger island, full Focus Mode and a starter pack of in-game coins and seeds, plus the Supporter items and perks we add to the app later (new apps and separately sold items are not included). Our refund policy applies.
Site blocking
The blocking feature is a self-control aid, not a security or parental-control tool. You choose the sites. We are not responsible for sites you fail to block or block by mistake.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or reverse engineer it to gain unfair rewards.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under South African consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or discontinue the app, with reasonable notice where possible.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
